Anti-aging spirulina face mask

If you have mature skin with a tendency to crepiness or dryness this restorative face mask can help maintain suppleness. It is soothing, non-aggressive and perfect for mild cleansing too.

Mix together 1 teaspoon of fine oatmeal, 1 tablespoon of oatmeal and 1 tablespoon of sour cream. If you like a little scent, a couple of drops of rosewater added in will do the trick. Grind into a smooth paste and apply to the face and neck for 10-20 minutes depending on how dry your skin is. Used once or twice a week, you should soon see some improvement and it is also perfect for the backs of hands which often show signs of ageing before any other part of the body.
