Banana, peach and spirulina smoothie


This creamy and delicious super smoothie is an ideal way to start the day.

Slice one banana and one peach into small pieces, place into a blender then pulse until smooth. Add 200 ml of milk or yoghurt and a teaspoon of honey or cinnamon, tip in a sachet of spirulina powder and 4-5 ice cubes. Blend until smooth and creamy then pour into glasses and garnish with more fruit slices. Fancy a bit more variety? This spirulina smoothie is just as delicious too with kiwi, cucumber, or apple too.
