Spirulina guacamole


Guacamole is a natural partner to spirulina, its bright green colour and fresh taste complimenting its flavour and providing you with a healthy, nutritious accompaniment to other foods.

Place 2 avocados (stone removed), the juice of 1 lemon and 1 lime, 1 clove of garlic roughly chopped, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 jalapeno pepper sliced, a handful of coriander, 3 tablespoons of spirulina, 1 seeded and chopped large tomato and salt and pepper to taste in a blender and pulse until well mixed but still chunky. Then taste and adjust the seasoning if needed. You might want to add another squeeze of lime too.
