Spirulina salad dressing


Add an extra boost to your salads with this super spirulina dressing that can be made in minutes.

To make a basic salad dressing shake together 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, the juice and zest of 1/2 lemon, a pinch of crushed garlic and 1 tablespoon of spirulina. If you like cayenne pepper, then add a small amount of this too.

For a slightly stronger taste, simply substitute the crushed garlic and cayenne pepper with Japanese Togoarashi powder which is a mixture of green nori seaweed flakes, powdered/flaked red chili pepper, black pepper, sesame seeds, dried mandarin orange peel, prickly ash pods, poppy and hemp seeds.
